Your onboarding specialist joins your first and second payroll runs to troubleshoot, confirm accuracy, and catch issues before they hit employees. Then you're on your own — but not really, because your dedicated Corel partner is one call away.
How does CorePay pricing work?
Each plan has a flat monthly base fee plus a per-employee, per-month (PEPM) rate. You're billed each month for the actual number of active employees in your account — no overage fees, no minimums beyond the base.
Add-ons (like 1099 Contractors or Additional States) are billed only when used and itemized on your invoice.
What are your contract terms?
Month-to-month on the monthly plan, or annual with a 10% discount on the annual plan. No long-term lock-in — just clear terms with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Is there an implementation fee?
Yes — a one-time fee roughly equivalent to one month of service, scaled to your company size. It covers full data migration, tax setup review, live training, and dedicated support through your first two payroll runs.
Do you offer training with implementation?
Yes. Live 1:1 training sessions are included — not recorded videos. Your onboarding specialist walks you through the CorePay portal end-to-end using your actual setup.
Do all packages include Same Day and Next Day direct deposit?
Standard direct deposit is included in every package. Same Day ACH and expedited Next Day funding are available as transactional fees billed per use — see our Miscellaneous Fees page for the rates.
What happens if I operate in multiple states?
CorePay Essential includes federal filing plus 1 state (state & local). Advanced and Elite include up to 3 states. Additional states beyond your plan's coverage are $30 per state, per EIN, per month.

What other fees should I know about?
Beyond your plan and add-ons, certain transactional events (year-end processing, amended returns, NSF returns, wire fees, expedited funding) carry their own line-item fees. Every charge is itemized on your monthly invoice.
